Please use the booking tab below to arrange your Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM). This initial meeting allows us to assess your situation, after which you will be invited to attend the appropriate online mediation session (child arrangements, property and finance or all issues), at a time convenient to you.
Eligible participants may also benefit from a government voucher of up to £500 towards mediation sessions relating to child arrangements, helping to make mediation more accessible and affordable.
Please note that high net worth cases with a net value of £1.5 million or more are subject to a higher fee. If this applies to your situation, we will discuss the applicable charges during your initial enquiry or consultation.
Discounts can be applied to MIAMs for those in receipt of Universal Credit (UC). Contact us for a discount code. You will be required to provide evidence that you are in receipt of UC.
All fees shown below are private fees, per person. Fees are payable at the time of booking.
Parenting Plan/Statement of Outcomes – £80 per person
Open Financial Statement – £80 per person
Memorandum of Understanding – £80 per person
7 days before appointment – full refund
48 hours before appointment – 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before appointment – no refund
